(Bills not included)Description about the house:The house has three levels:1st level has an open plan living room with modern kitchen appliances and a small courtyard. 2nd level has three bedrooms. Bedroom available does not have a wardrobe so you will have to bring your own.3rd level has an open terrace. Carparking:Garage available for only for a small car. A small Holden Barina will definitely fit but not a big car.If you have a big car but take it to work during the day you will have not issues parking the car on the street during the night.If you work in the city and cant take you car to work free parking is available in south terrace. South Terrace is a block away from our house.Bills: Please note that bills are not included in the rent. If you are a student only working a few hours a week this may not suit you. In addition to the rent you will need to pay the following: phone internet (20 per month) gas (around 15 per month) and electricity (between 35 to 60 dollars per month depending on the time of the year).The roomThe room is medium size. It will fit a double bed a drawer and a wardrove but it will not fit a double bed and a desk.What we are looking for:I am looking for someone that is very easy going happy to keep things organized and that is happy to share the house with us.What we are not looking for:People with pets. (our landlord does not allow it- sorry).University students with low contact hours. (post-graduate students are welcome to come and have a look ).The room is available now.
