The house has recently been refurbished with new floors carpets and kitchen and has great living areas as well as an air-conditioning system due to be installed. Its one block away from Henley Beach Road with its supermarkets cafes takeaways etc. There is a supermarket less than 5 minutes walk away as is a bus stop with very regular buses into the city. It takes around 15 minutes on the bus or 5 minutes drive to the city. Its also close to Henley Beach and the airport (with no airport noise at all).The bedroom is a good size and is unfurnished. The rest of the house is furnished but there is still space to make your own mark. Youll be sharing with Ben and Louise were both 27 y/o and work full time in the city. Youll be sharing a bathroom with one female only as one bedroom has an ensuite.Rent is $125 per week with a $760 bond.Wireless internet and utilities (gas electricity and water) are not included in the rent and are split three-ways.
