Two Australian and one Indian they are all three very relaxed and like to laugh Student and Professional.- Lounge with TV- kitchen- Guest room- garden- Fast and unlimited Internet- washing machine.The conditions are:- The room is available from the 20th of february but if you want to move in before it is possible;- Each new roommate pays the bond to the one who is leaving. The bond is $ 1000. I will make you a receipt upon receiving the money.- The rent is paid monthly ($ 780) every 3rd of the month. So I paid for the month of February until March 3.- Fees include the washing machine internet and electricity. We pay about $ 30 per month. I will give you the keys once I receive the money on my bank account.I leave my room because I found a job in Adelaide but sincerely this house is a paradise.Come visit it !
