Enough room for two small cars belonging to you in the front. Large outdoor entertainment area.No smokers drug users (including marijuana) or people who want to party at my house. (having friends over for a barbecue or a few drinks is fine). Looking for people who will clean up after themselves and also help out with one or two household chores a week for example sweeping the kitchen floor. Looking for responsible trustworthy people only who dont bring drama- I need a nice safe feeling home due to personal health reasons. Young couples (or two friends) are fine.Small caged pets are fine but Im really sorry no cats or dogs. Were GLTB friendly. I have some Australian Plains Rats that are very cute and live in a tank. Im 26 years old female fairly quiet. I work in a school. I like reading crafts britcoms cooking when I have time. My current lodger is female 20 works for Families SA and likes going out. She works shifts. I also often host people in my spare room for a bit of extra cash (pays for the bills and shared furniture/gadgets/etc) for up to a month at a time.
