Three metres out of your door is the toilet(s) (we have two) the shower and the laundry. Up the hallway is the kitchen and dining area both of which youre welcome to use if you clean up after yourself! (and my kitchen utensils crockery etc as well). Utilities included in rent as long as you dont go crazy with appliances being constantly turned on. Large shed space for extra storage. Large back yard. Enough room for two small cars belonging to you in the front. Large outdoor entertainment area.No smokers drug users (including marijuana) or people who want to party at my house. (having friends over for a barbecue or a few drinks is fine). Looking for people who will clean up after themselves and also help out with one or two household chores a week for example sweeping the kitchen floor. Looking for responsible trustworthy people only who dont bring drama- I need a nice safe feeling home due to personal health reasons. Young couples (or two friends) are fine.Small caged pets are fine but Im really sorry no cats or dogs. 
Were GLTB friendly. I have some Australian Plains Rats that are very cute and live in a tank. Im 26 years old female fairly quiet. I work in a school.
